Made it to Victoria with only one stop (shop) in Gundagai. Outside front door of yet another Wodonga car motel.
Not on the initial plan but we went to Rutherglen anyway. At least we bought a decent port for the travels.
Bendigo Pottery. Last time we were here the wood kilns were still working producing what are now antique pieces. We still have some at home. Now a flash arts centre with a range of disciplines including gas-fired modern pottery.
St Arnaud. Aparently named after a French general but the locals pronounce the name to rhyme with the biscuit.
Natimuk. Great arts, crafts and antiques store.
Mt Arapiles. Supposedly great for rock face climbing but we didn’t bother.
Oh we better give it an Australian gong as well!
